One Mind
One vision
Our vision is to create a kinder, more mindful society rooted in acceptance, empathy and emotional balance.
Inspire
To inspire children to be the very best they can be! To be kind to each other and to themselves. To inspire children to take better care of themselves, as well as our planet.
Empower
To give children the tools to regulate and understand their own emotions, as well as understand the emotions of others. To help them build resilience, trust and understanding.
Flourish
To give children the confidence to be themselves, to understand their own behaviours and enable them to build better, deeper relationships with friends and family.
The One Mind-fulness Mission
School children aren't always encouraged to search within themselves, especially in today's social-media-saturated world and so naturally, they try to find answers from the world around them.
This growing focus on social status is putting your children under an immense amount of pressure from all angles, leaving them stretched too thin to give themselves the break they need.

At One Mind, we believe that happiness comes from within, but in order to access that happiness and maintain it, our children need to be taught the emotional skills to navigate the world free from those bombardments.

Fortunately for your students, that's exactly what we're trained for!
Meet the team!
Here at One Mind, we're proud to work with some extraordinary professionals, who are not only experienced but dedicated to improving mental health provision in primary schools.
Emma
Trinder
Founder & Mindfulness Teacher
As Emma's interest in mindfulness grew, she decided to train with Youth Mindfulness and MiSP to teach children.
"I knew the moment I started practising (mindfulness) - CHILDREN SHOULD KNOW THIS! And so, here I am, developing the One Mind Video Course especially for Primary Schools, at a time when the world needs it the most!"
Geoff
Wilcox
Creative Director
(video editor extraordinaire)
Geoff started editing the video course as Emma's workload exploded. He added his creative flair and vision to the brand!
We couldn't have kick-started the company without his much-needed input. His fun and quirky sense of humour shine through in the edit, with flying animations and kooky graphics.

The Mighty
Research Team
Making a significant contribution to the limited literature on mindfulness and children's mental health
Our mission: The One Mind video course presents the perfect opportunity to 'fill the gap' and contribute to a much-needed body of science that studies regular practice as a whole school approach with 6-11yr old children.
Lewis' work focuses on social research methods. As a long-time mindfulness practitioner, he is particularly interested in exploring how experimental research methods can effectively measure mindfulness programs' and their impact on children and young adults.
He is currently investigating how mindfulness can help disadvantaged children raised in difficult circumstances, ease student anxiety, improve focus, cultivate a student's critical thinking skills, and create a harmonious classroom and school environment.
